Y is for Yellowstone

Welcome to the 2015 A to Z Blogging Challenge! Each day for the month of April I will be posting alphabetically from A to Z and my theme is Wyoming.

My first and only trip to Yellowstone was in the summer of 1976. I was 19 and traveled with Hubby and his parents (who were visiting from Pennsylvania). We stayed in a rustic cabin, caught trout at Yellowstone Lake and saw the magnificent water falls. We checked out Old Faithful and the hotsprings. We saw bears, moose and deer. One of these days I will return. It's my destiny.

Have you ever been to Yellowstone?

  1. Yes. I've been there twice. Once when I was a kid, and a second time as a teenager. One of these years I will go visit as an adult. (Wait, that might mean I have to grow up first. HA!)

  3. Cool pics. How did you get them to align up next to each other? I've decided I don't like lining photos side by side in blogger, because inevitably, there is a formatting issue! I found you via Craig's blog: http://craiglgooh.blogspot.com/ and was intigued w/ your Wyoming theme, since my theme is Maui and I love reading about travel and different cultures and subcultures. Congrats on getting this far on the A to Z challenge and I am going to follow you on GFC!

By the way, if you blog hop, please include your link if you comment so that others can find you easily and reciprocate any comments. Also other people who read your comment can find you and visit you!

  4. Never been. But I was at a park where a fat talking bear kept stealing my picnic basket.

I may be a little fuzzy on the details.

    1. Sandra, I agree bears are awesome from afar. I don't want to tussle with a bear, that's for sure.
